WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CONTACT YOU?
Via text! All of your questions and concerns rank high on my priority list, so feel free to text my personal number, (347) 204-5581, at any time.
HOW MUCH IS MY APPOINTMENT?
All haircut appointments have a $20 minimum. Line ups and shaves start at $15. Carefully review the styles and services you would like, select them when scheduling, and determining the price will be a breeze!
HOW MUCH IS A WEEKLY OR BIWEEKLY REOCCURING SPOT?
Reoccuring spots start at $30 per visit. (AVAILABILITY AND PRICE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON REQUEST)
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
Show up early. Have your hair freshly washed, dry and void of any products (NO GEL, WAX, WAVE GREASE, POMADE, HAIR SPRAY, OR LEAVE IN CONDITIONERS).
CAN YOU PUT ME ON A WAITLIST FOR A TIME THAT IS ALREADY TAKEN?
YES! If you prefer a time that is already taken, request it via text, and if it becomes available you will be notified. I also suggest you follow me on Instagram, @HEYZEUSCUTZ where I post updates every morning as to if there are any slots available. If nothing is available, check the Appointment page regularly, people cancel all the time.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU PROVIDE?
Cash is definitely preferred, but I do accept all major credit cards, via Square, for your convenience.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
You can cancel up to one hour before your appointment. You can cancel by clicking the 'Reschedule/Cancel' link in your reminder text/email, or by signing into your account on my website, navigating to your upcoming appointments and canceling manually. Canceling via text with me personally is an absolute last resort.
IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE?
YES. In the unfortunate case that you can't make it to your appointment, a cancellation fee will be applied if you have not canceled with at least one hour notice.
WHY IS A CARD NECESSARY TO BOOK?
To guard against No-Shows and appointment fraud. Three reminders will be sent to you about your appointment, so there should be no problem remembering the appointment you have booked. You have up until one hour before your appointment to cancel. Should you miss your opportunity to do so, CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY, so I can plan accordingly. Your card is not on file for prepayment purposes. All services are to be paid for on site after your appointment is completed.
HOW DO HOUSE CALLS WORK, AND WHAT DO I NEED TO BE READY FOR ONE?
House Calls are available when I am not scheduled in the shop, as well as before and after my normal hours. Availability completely depends on whether I have any personal matters to attend to or not. Travel must be considered when booking. All I need is a cool place with at least one outlet and decent lighting. I can provide a chair and extra lighting upon request.
WHAT IS A FAIR TIP FOR YOUR SERVICES?
Anything is honestly appreciated. I set my prices to be as fair for both of us as possible, so if finances are tight and you cannot tip, DON'T FEEL BAD! I do appreciate any and all support though, so if you feel my services are worthy of a tip, liken it to how you would tip a cook and server at a restaurant.
DO YOU WORK EXTRA HOURS IF I NEED A CUT AND YOU ARE BOOKED?
YES! Appointments before and after my normal hours start at $40. (AVAILABILITY AND PRICE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON REQUEST)
CAN I BOOK YOU AS THE BARBER FOR MY EVENT?
YES! I have been booked for local and destination weddings, sweet sixteens, family parties, proms, team trips, as well as photo and video shoots.
DO YOU TAKE WALK-INS?
Generally, it is highly unlikely for me to be able to do so. I am usually booked 2-3 weeks in advance and try my best to stay on schedule. In the event that I am running early, or someone cancels last minute, I will take a Walk-In client if time allows.
